Terms of Use
Klanki is sold through the App Store, so Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs your use of it. These terms only add what is specific to us.
What you get
A one-time purchase unlocks every level of Klanki on the devices in your Family Sharing group, for as long as the App Store lets you download it. There is no subscription and no recurring charge of any kind.
Refunds
All purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too — we never see your payment details and cannot issue one ourselves. Ask Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What we don't promise
Klanki is provided as it is. We test it on real devices and real children, but we cannot promise it is free of every bug. If it misbehaves, tell us and we will try to fix it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, where the company is registered. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.
